Job summary

RayzeBio, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bristol Myers Squibb, seeks a Senior Manager, Alliance Program Management in Indianapolis, IN to lead external partnerships and cross-functional program delivery for radiopharmaceutical therapies. You will coordinate alliance governance, drive program objectives, and ensure timely, within-budget execution across global teams.

The role requires 8+ years in pharma, strong process development/manufacturing experience, and ability to manage multi-site

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in a scientific discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/process development/manufacturing strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact and operational liaison for external alliances and partnerships.
• Build and maintain relationships with partner organizations at all levels.
• Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and reviews with alliance partners.
• Drive alignment on program objectives, timelines, and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with alliance agreements and contracts.
• Monitor partner performance against contractual obligations and KPIs.
• Lead cross-functional teams across internal and external partners to deliver program goals.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans and resource allocations across multiple alliances.
• Ensure programs are on time, within scope and budget; act as bridge between site operations and global leadership.
• Apply AI to improve team execution and decision-making.
• Prepare and deliver status reports to senior leadership.
