Job summary

RayzeBio, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bristol Myers Squibb, is seeking a Director, Site and CMC Program Management in Indianapolis to provide strategic leadership and end-to-end program execution across CMC, manufacturing, and site operations.

You will build and lead the program management team, set governance, dashboards, and KPIs, and coordinate with global product teams, QA, Regulatory, and supply chain to ensure timely portfolio delivery and patient impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, chemistry, engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, business, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of pharmaceutical/biotech experience with program/project management and CMC, manufacturing, process development, or site operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional, matrixed teams and complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience supporting CMC execution, manufacturing readiness, technology transfer, supply chain planning, or commercial readiness preferred.
• Experience building program management capabilities, operating models, governance routines, dashboards, systems, and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic priorities on the Indianapolis site and align with Product Development and Operations.
• Build and lead the Program Management team, including planning capabilities, systems, governance, and KPIs.
• Ensure CMC portfolio delivery by partnering with global product teams and functions.
• Translate priorities into integrated plans, timelines, risk mitigation, and performance reporting.
• Manage integrated CMC program planning and execution across site operations and stakeholders.
• Coordinate manufacturing readiness, technology transfer, and supply chain planning.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation and escalation.
• Prepare governance forums with clear agendas, decisions, actions and owners.
