Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a hands-on Senior Director – Internal Audit, Data Science & AI to lead AI, ML, analytics, and automation initiatives within Internal Audit. You will personally contribute to coding and model development while guiding a small technical team to improve audit efficiency and enterprise decision-making.

The role combines technical leadership with production delivery of AI solutions and requires collaboration with Technology and Data Science teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML, data science, analytics, automation, or enterprise technology.
• 5+ years of technical team leadership experience.
• Proven experience delivering AI, analytics, or automation solutions into production.
• Experience in Internal Audit, risk, compliance, financial services, or another regulated industry.
• Strong hands-on expertise in AI/ML, coding, model development, data platforms, cloud technologies, and model lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of data governance, responsible AI, model risk, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with enterprise platforms, APIs, and scalable software or product delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI, machine learning, Generative AI, analytics, and automation initiatives across Internal Audit.
• Personally contribute to coding, AI model development, and production implementation.
• Drive AI strategy, product roadmaps, and deployment of scalable enterprise solutions.
• Partner with Technology and Data Science teams to develop reusable platforms, APIs, and data products.
• Implement solutions for anomaly detection, continuous monitoring, and automated audit evidence generation.
• Ensure responsible AI practices, data governance, model risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and mentor a small technical team while remaining actively involved in hands-on technical work.
• Collaborate with executives and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes.
