Qualifications

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in data science, AI, analytics, or related enterprise tech.
• At least 5 years of leadership building high-performing technical teams.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise AI or data products to production.
• Experience leading AI-enabled transformation in regulated environments.
• Executive communication and strategic advisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI strategy, product roadmaps, and adoption for Internal Audit AI and automation.
• Personally contribute to AI/ML model development and architecture decisions.
• Partner across Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Audit to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Build scalable, governed AI-enabled products and reusable platform capabilities.
• Establish operating models, talent plans, and performance metrics.
