Job summary

Heven AeroTech seeks a Director of Business Development to own pursuit and account plans across the Intelligence Community, DoD intelligence, U.S. Coast Guard, and State Department, focusing on counterterrorism and counternarcotics missions.

Qualifications

10+ years of business development, capture, or program experience with Intelligence Community/DoD/USCG/State Department customers.
Proven ability to grow pilot programs or OTAs into programs of record or sustained funding.
Working knowledge of IC acquisition, budget, and requirements processes.
Active TS clearance required.
Willingness to travel 30-40% CONUS, with occasional OCONUS travel.

Responsibilities

Own the Intelligence Community and federal Global Security BD strategy, account plan, and pipeline from identification to award.
Build and convert pathway from pilots and early-stage engagements into programs of record and sustained production or service contracts.
Develop and maintain relationships with IC organizations (ODNI, NGA, NCTC) and DoD intelligence staffs.
Lead or support call plans, gate reviews, and capture strategy with growth team and leadership.
Represent Heven AeroTech at IC/DoD/maritime security industry days and events.
