Job summary

Festool USA seeks a Senior Director of Integrated Supply Chain to lead North American supply chain activities, including demand and supply planning, inventory, logistics, and compliance. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years in progressive supply chain roles spanning planning and distribution.
• 5+ years in manager or supervisor leadership.
• Ownership of an S&OP process involving sales, finance, and operations.
• Experience with inventory policy, working-capital targets, and international supply.

Responsibilities

• Lead the North American S&OP process with cross-functional alignment.
• Own supply and inventory planning, safety stock, replenishment, and slow-moving inventory.
• Oversee distribution, inbound/outbound logistics, and transportation performance.
• Develop capacity strategies, labor planning, and carrier management.
• Partner with German HQ on forecasts, compliance, and global processes.
• Lead inbound flow, HTS, duties, and landed-cost visibility.
• Drive quality activities, inspections, and returns disposition.
• Collaborate with Sales/Marketing to embed supply chain in commercial planning.
• Support SAP S/4HANA implementation and data readiness.
