Fellers is seeking a Director of Supply Chain to own end-to-end performance across its distribution network. You will lead inventory controls, demand and supply planning, supplier management, and logistics.

You will build a best-in-class inventory program, drive OTD and PPV, and lead the SIOP process with cross-functional partners. A strong Lean/Six Sigma background and multi-site leadership are essential.

Formación

• Proven experience leading demand planning and supply planning in multi-warehouse environments.
• Strong Lean and Six Sigma background with Kaizen and DMAIC.
• Experience operating in international supply bases and with SIOP/S&OP processes.
• Demonstrated ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage inventory controls program driving strict metrics and accountability.
• Own inventory turns, value, shrinkage, and placement across the network.
• Create and deploy a standard operating playbook for inventory management.
• Lead consolidation efforts to reduce costs and improve OTD and network stability.
• Manage annual purchases and inventory budgets; report to executive leadership.
• Establish stocking strategy across distribution network by SKU class (A/B/C).
• Lead Days Inventory Outstanding targets with cross-functional partners.
• Drive vendor relationships and cost control while improving supplier performance.
• Oversee SIOP processes and ensure cross-functional alignment and execution.
