Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Fenestration, LLC is seeking a Director of Supply Chain to shape strategy across manufacturing, distribution, and sourcing in North America. Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading purchasing, sourcing, planning, and inventory management.
• Experience with S&OP processes across multiple sites.
• Experience with ERP implementations or major system transformations.
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience with international sourcing including Mexico and Asia preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies to drive growth and operational excellence.
• Lead demand planning, inventory management, purchasing, and supplier performance.
• Oversee S&OP process and alignment across functions.
• Manage ERP, data integrity, and continuous process improvements.
• Mitigate supply chain risk through near-shoring and diversification.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams to protect margins.
