Job summary

Festo USA is seeking a Regional Business Planner to lead demand planning across Sales, PMM and HQ management, driving accurate forecasts and integrated capacity planning for the Value Stream. You will own KMAT planning, coordinate with Procurement, and guide SNP tasks to align production with demand.

You will leverage Maestro for forecasting, apply AI insights, manage roundtables with Sales, and champion continuous improvement in global planning processes while supporting key projects and change

Qualifications

3-5 years of relevant business experience in demand planning or S&OP.
Proficiency with planning tools (SAP, Maestro) and MS Office AO.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and meetings.

Responsibilities

Lead S&OP and demand review meetings with Sales, PMM and SC teams.
Develop end-to-end demand planning and update forecasts with promotions and launches.
Own KMAT planning and capacity evaluation for the value stream.
Coordinate with Procurement and Inventory for stocking strategy.
Provide forecast insights and KPI reporting to management.
