Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or professional experience in lieu of.
• Minimum 7 years relevant professional experience.
• Proven experience in strategic direction with broad supply chain knowledge.
• Work experience with ERP, MRP, WMS, computer systems.
• Management skills and safety focused.
• CIQ regulation knowledge is a plus.
• Battery knowledge a plus.
• International business experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Ensure standards are consistently deployed into each function with governance.
• Develop and manage the supply chain talent pipeline.
• Set and manage procurement strategy, negotiations, contracting, and supplier management.
• Set and manage planning and scheduling strategy to meet internal/external requirements.
• Set and manage supplier quality excellence strategy and claims reduction.
• Set and manage inventory management strategy including warehousing and efficiency.
• Set and manage transportation, logistics, and customs strategy and negotiations.
