Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics in Utah is seeking a Senior Director of Integrated Solutions Execution & Offerings to lead a team responsible for solution architecture, proposal creation, and full-cycle project delivery within bioprocessing and life sciences.

You will develop team capabilities, drive engineering and automation efforts, and ensure customer projects align with safety, quality, and commitments while coordinating across functions and partners, with emphasis on GMP compliance and project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 10+ years in life sciences with experience in process engineering, GMP manufacturing, and global project execution.
• Minimum 7 years leading complex bioprocessing or engineered system projects from proposal to delivery.
• At least 5 years in leadership with talent development and organizational building.
