Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Director of Integrated Planning for a Strategic Business Unit. The role drives S&OP, materials planning, and 5-year horizon alignment to optimize supply and demand while guiding transformation and ERP programs like SAP and Kinaxis.

You will mentor planning professionals, partner across functions, and own the SBU planning process to meet business commitments in a fast-paced defense environment.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with 14+ years of experience, or an advanced degree with 12+ years.
• Experience with executive stakeholder management.
• Experience with S&OP and planning fundamentals.
• Demonstrated leadership and people management experience.
• Citizenship and ability to obtain a U.S. government clearance.

Responsibilities

• Drive the integrated business planning team for the SBU to optimize supply and demand over the 5-year horizon.
• Own the complete planning process for the SBU and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Align the MRP schedule, AOP execution, and long-term forecast; partner in LRP.
• Identify and correct planning issues and improve KPIs.
• Lead S&OP executive reviews and monthly S&OE meetings.
• Mentor supply chain professionals and develop a strong talent pipeline.
• Collaborate across functions to maintain healthy MRP and credible planning schedules.
