Job summary

RTX is seeking a Director of Integrated Planning for a Strategic Business Unit in the US. You will lead S&OP, MRP, and long-range planning across a 5-year horizon, aligning demand with supply and partnering with senior leaders.

You will mentor planning talent, drive KPI improvements, and ensure execution of the AOP and LRP processes using SAP and Kinaxis within a security-cleared environment.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with 12+ years preferred.
• Experience managing executives and stakeholders at high levels.
• Strong knowledge of S&OP, ERP, and planning fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integrated planning for the SBU across a 5-year horizon.
• Own the MRP, AOP execution, and long-range planning processes.
• Collaborate across functions to align supply and demand.
• Mentor planning professionals and develop talent pipelines.
