Job summary

The role focuses on near-term and mid-term planning, leveraging data analysis and leadership to improve factory efficiency and customer satisfaction while supporting financial targets.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years’ experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain, engineering, operations, or analytics.
• Experience with complex systems and distilling information from large datasets.
• Experience mediating discussions between stakeholders and reaching consensus.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship required for security clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Interface and coordinate with Program Leadership Team and other Functional customers.
• Run and analyze Kinaxis simulations for strategic execution.
• Help develop strategic mitigation plans with Program and Material Program Managers.
• Drive MRP Health data integrity.
• Maintain Planned Independent Requirements and Dependent Demand.
• Manage Program Residual.
• MOCAS/DD250 coordination and management.
• Coordinate a Program Line of Balance.
• Support customer-oriented meetings and briefing material.
