Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Sr Director Integrated Business Planning to join a leader in Aerospace & Defense. This executive will own an enterprise-wide planning function aligning sales, operations, finance, and supply chain priorities, building a disciplined process for visibility and agile execution in a complex environment.

The role requires 15+ years in related fields with 8+ years in leadership, and a Bachelor's degree. Location is Sparks, NV, with US-based candidates only.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Director Integrated Business Planning to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This leader will own an enterprise-wide integrated business planning function that aligns sales, operations, finance, and supply chain priorities. The role is focused on building a disciplined planning process that improves visibility, strengthens decision-making, and supports more agile execution in a complex operational environment. It will also partner closely with cross-functional leaders to create a unified view of demand, supply, and financial outcomes.

Location: Sparks, NV - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $221,505 – $304,570 annually

Responsibilities
