Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Director to lead Integrated Solutions Execution & Offerings. You will helm a team responsible for solution architecture, proposal development, and delivery across bioprocessing programs.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, engaging with commercial teams, partners, and suppliers to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget projects while developing organizational capability and high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related fields.
• Over 10 years of industry experience, including significant process engineering, GMP manufacturing, and global project execution.
• Minimum 7 years leading complex bioprocessing projects; 5+ years of leadership experience in talent development and organizational capability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve process designs and lead proposal management in collaboration with commercial teams.
• Oversee project execution to ensure safety, timeliness, and budget adherence.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners, recruit and develop high-performing teams, and manage strategic partnerships with engineering firms and suppliers.
