FinTech Collective, LLC seeks a Senior Director of Insurance Demand for Savvy, our P&C insurance marketplace. You will expand demand relationships with carriers, agencies, lead exchanges and marketplaces, and drive new lines of business beyond auto.

You will collaborate with engineering, data science and analytics teams to scope and onboard new demand partners, optimize inventory positioning, and grow partner programs.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in insurance lead generation, partnerships, or business development.
• Deep knowledge of the P&C insurance lead generation industry and ecosystem (carriers, agencies, exchanges).
• Established relationships with major P&C carriers and lead exchanges.
• Experience working with US-based insurance marketplaces or lead exchanges.
• Proven ability to negotiate marquee contracts in insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Own demand relationships with leading P&C carriers, agencies, lead exchanges and marketplaces.
• Manage demand for clicks, call transfers, data leads, and develop direct demand relationships when advantageous.
• Help strategic demand partners spend more with Savvy and grow their account profitability.
• Identify new demand opportunities and build a business case for onboarding new logos.
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to scope and onboard new demand partners or products.
• Work with data science to improve positioning of inventory to demand partners.
