Qualifications

• Seven years of experience in institutional fundraising for arts, culture, or education.
• Proven success in securing five- to six-figure commitments from foundations and corporate partners.
• Experience supervising development staff and managing complex fundraising pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of institutional fundraising (foundation, corporate, government).
• Maintain a calendar for all funding submissions and deadlines.
• Cultivate strong relationships with funders and manage donor communications.
