Job summary

Prime Finance is seeking a seasoned institutional fundraising professional to expand relationships with institutional investors across private credit, fixed income, and alternative credit strategies.

The candidate should bring a strong network, deep knowledge of credit markets, and the ability to communicate complex investment strategies to sophisticated investors. Familiarity with CRE credit is beneficial but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum fifteen (15) years of industry experience with 10 years of fundraising experience.
• Proven track record raising capital from institutional investors for private credit, structured credit & related strategies.
• Existing relationships with institutional allocators, consultants, insurers, pensions, endowments and family offices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute fundraising strategies targeting institutional investors across private credit, fixed income, structured credit, insurance, family offices, and other sources.
• Own and manage the fundraising pipeline end-to-end, from sourcing opportunities through diligence to closing.
• Proactively cultivate and expand strong relationships with investors.
• Coordinate with senior leadership to identify priorities and align fundraising with market opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and marketing materials to articulate investment capabilities.
• Maintain investor interaction notes and pipeline in the CRM for forecasting and visibility.
