The role requires a Master’s degree in behavioral health or nursing, 5+ years of clinical and administrative leadership, and applicable licenses (PsyD, LCSW, or RN).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health, human services, or nursing.
• Minimum 5 years post-degree clinical practice and supervision.
• Minimum 5 years in administrative/management roles.
• License required: PsyD, LCSW, or RN.
