Job summary

Galderma is seeking a Senior Director, U.S. Capital Project – Injectable Aesthetics to lead a greenfield manufacturing investment for the USA injectable market. You will drive concept through commissioning, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence across internal teams and external partners.

The role requires 15+ years in large pharma capital projects, aseptic facilities expertise, and strong regulatory knowledge, with a track record of multi-site leadership and budget management.

Qualifications

• 15+ years delivering major pharma/biotech capital projects.
• Two fully commissioned facilities in portfolio.
• Strong leadership in matrixed, multi-stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end lifecycle ownership of greenfield investment.
• Lead concept design, URS/BoD development and design reviews.
• Oversee procurement, EPCM, and construction with strict schedule control.
• Direct commissioning/qualification of facilities, utilities and equipment.
• Govern risk, report to Site Director and executive committees.
