Qualifications

• 15+ years delivering major pharmaceutical or biotech capital projects.
• Led >$200M projects from design to commissioning.
• Expert in aseptic/sterile injectable facilities and GMP.
• Bachelor's in Engineering; Master's preferred.
• Proven leadership in matrixed, global environments.
• Knowledge of FEL, stage-gate, risk-based C&Q.
• Strong communication with C-level executives and regulators.
• Safety, quality, and compliance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end leadership of greenfield capital investment.
• Lead integrated project organization with internal and external partners.
• Define Basis of Design (BoD) and URS for facilities, utilities, and systems.
• Manage detailed design, procurement, and construction plans.
• Oversee commissioning, qualification, and handover to operations.
• Establish risk-based governance and transparent reporting.
