Job summary

Galderma Research & Development, LLC seeks a VP of Global Regulatory Strategy to lead regulatory affairs for injectable aesthetics, ensuring timely approvals and secure market access. You will shape regulatory strategy, oversee submissions (INDs, IDEs, variations), and guide global partners across the development lifecycle.

The role requires 20+ years in regulatory affairs, 10+ years in staff management, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year university is required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of twenty (20) years of experience in Pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs is required.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience managing staff is required.
• Extensive knowledge of laws and regulations for drugs and medical devices is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of regulatory strategies for injectable aesthetics products.
• Provide guidance to Global R&D and other functions on regulatory submissions and variations.
• Oversee regulatory pathways considering business needs and lifecycle management.
• Represent Regulatory Affairs in senior cross-functional committees and with regulatory agencies.
