Galderma is seeking a Senior Director, U.S. Capital Project – Injectable Aesthetics to lead a major greenfield manufacturing investment in the USA.

You will own the project lifecycle from concept through commissioning, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and cost targets while coordinating with internal teams and external partners. Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience delivering major pharma/biotech capital projects.
• Proven track record leading projects>$200M through design, build, and commissioning.
• Experience with aseptic/sterile facilities, utilities, GMP compliance, and regulatory interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end greenfield capital investment for injectable aesthetics site.
• Oversee design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and qualification.
• Drive governance, risk management, and budget control across the program.
• Coordinate with regulators, auditors, and executive leadership.
• Ensure site readiness for tech transfer and commercial manufacture.
