Job summary

Galderma seeks a Senior Director, U.S. Capital Project – Injectable Aesthetics to lead a greenfield manufacturing investment for the USA Injectable Aesthetics market.

You will own end-to-end delivery from concept through commissioning, with accountability for safety, quality, schedule, and cost. Lead an integrated project team, manage EPCM contracts, ensure regulatory compliance (FDA, EU GMP Annex 1), and drive value while maintaining quality and readiness for tech transfer to commercial

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience delivering major pharmaceutical or biotech capital projects.
• Proven track record leading projects >$200M through design, construction, commissioning, and qualification.
• Strong expertise in aseptic/sterile injectable manufacturing facilities, utilities, and GMP compliance.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; Master's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of the greenfield capital investment as single accountable leader.
• Define design basis and URS for facilities, utilities, and manufacturing systems.
• Oversee procurement, contracting, cost control, and schedule baseline.
• Direct commissioning and qualification for facilities, utilities, equipment, and handover to operations.
• Establish risk-based governance and report to Site Director and executive committees.
