Job summary

Steward Partners Global Advisory seeks an Infrastructure Manager to own the strategy, delivery, security, resiliency, and operation of enterprise technology infrastructure and support services. You will lead teams responsible for Help Desk, Azure, M365, Entra, networking, security operations, backup, and disaster recovery.

The Senior Director will develop infrastructure strategies to support growth, cybersecurity objectives, and advisor experience initiatives, overseeing a blended workforce

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
• 12+ years of progressive technology infrastructure and operations experience.
• 5+ years leading enterprise infrastructure, cloud services, networking, or technical support.
• Experience managing geographically distributed teams, MSPs, and offshore contractors.
• Demonstrated experience implementing enterprise SIEM platforms and security monitoring solutions.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Entra with Zero Trust controls.
• Strong knowledge of networking including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, routing, switching, firewalls.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for enterprise infrastructure including Azure, M365, Entra, networking, and backup/recovery.
• Ensure platforms are secure, resilient, and aligned with business needs.
• Develop infrastructure standards, procedures, and roadmaps.
• Lead modernization, automation, and cloud transformation initiatives.
• Oversee network operations, monitoring, availability, and performance.
• Oversee Help Desk/Support Center to deliver high-quality advisor experience.
• Establish SLAs, metrics, and drive service delivery improvements.
