Job summary

Stanley 1913 in Seattle seeks a Director, IT Infrastructure & Cloud Engineering to set the vision and multi-year strategy for cloud, identity, and digital workplace environments worldwide.

You will lead managers and technical leads, partnering with Information Security and cross-functional teams to drive reliability, security, and cost efficiency across regions, with a focus on Azure and on-premises infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in IT infrastructure, cloud, and systems engineering.
• 8+ years in leading technical teams and 3+ years leading managers or leads.
• Experience owning global enterprise infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Expertise with Azure & Microsoft 365 and Entra ID for identity management.
• Strong depth in virtualization, OS, networking, and cloud infra.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, vendor contracts, and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead global infrastructure across Azure, offices, and datacenters including governance and SRE practices.
• Modernize identity with Entra ID and tighten security controls like MFA and conditional access.
• Drive reliability with BCDR, RTO/RPO targets, and incident management.
• Enhance digital workplace with Intune, Jamf, and Microsoft 365 leadership.
• Partner with Security to advance Zero Trust and compliance readiness.
• Own automation via IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and observability.
• Oversee technology investments, vendor contracts, and renewals.
