CentraCare Health seeks a Director of Infection Prevention and Control to lead the program across surveillance, reporting, prevention, and control of infections. This role directs regulatory and accreditation compliance and collaborates with the Infection Prevention and Control Committee.

The position requires Minnesota RN licensure, CIC certification, and 6+ years clinical experience with 3+ years in infection prevention, plus 2+ years of leadership.

• RN license in Minnesota is required.

Mansioni

• Develop, implement, maintain, and direct the infection prevention and control program.
• Lead planning, direction, process improvement, and assessment for infection prevention and control.
• Serve as infection control officer and ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance.
• Provide direction to the Infection Prevention and Control Committee.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and quality/performance improvement standards.
