Job summary

Deposita, an Allied Universal Company, seeks a Senior Director, Implementation to own planning, budgeting, and delivery of cash recycler implementations for customers. You will lead PMs, manage P&L, and drive scalable processes in a fast-paced environment.

The role focuses on coordinating with manufacturing and retail teams to meet customer demands while building a high-performing PM organization with strong coaching and development.

Qualifications

• Must possess one of: Bachelor's degree or equivalent with related field
• 7+ years in business operations, program delivery, or implementation leadership
• 3+ years of direct financial or P&L responsibility
• 3+ years of people leadership in project delivery
• Proven ability to read P&L and budgets
• Strong oral, written, and analytical skills
• Hands-on Smartsheet expertise and governance

Responsibilities

• Own financial performance of the implementation portfolio, budgets, costs, margins.
• Lead PMs; build onboarding, training, and development plans.
• Plan and schedule installation timelines; define scope, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, training, partners, and retail teams.
• Provide status reviews, metrics, and contingency planning.
• Drive process improvements and Smartsheet automation across the team.
