Job summary

Deposita, an Allied Universal Company, is hiring a Service Delivery Manager to oversee cash management services for assigned customer accounts. You will lead strategic service delivery, ensure performance against contracts, and nurture trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.

Travel within the continental United States is expected while coordinating with customers and vendors, driving process improvements, and guiding teams to achieve profitability and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience managing an assigned book of customer accounts
• Strong experience in retail services and operations across a range of industry verticals; Experience with cash management operations or services is a plus
• Ability to analyze and present data to customers, including VP and C-level stakeholders
• Excellent skills in mathematics, reading comprehension, oral and written communications
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Data driven forecasting and decision making
• Active listening skills
• Skilled in setting and achieving goals

Responsibilities

• Function as the strategic lead for customers in their assigned book of business
• Determine and understand specific customer expectations; effectively communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders
• Provide strategic guidance and ensure compliance with standard cash operations at customer facilities
• Work closely with customers and vendors to ensure consistent, coordinated service delivery
• Identify and resolve issues; liaise with stakeholders; proactively manage changes; identify potential risks and devise contingency plans
• Investigate and recommend new technology and tools that will enhance the customer experience and team efficiency; create new workflows and processes as our products and solutions evolve; grow the customer relationship through new products, services, and locations
• Prepare and present customer business reviews internally and externally
• Coordinate the day-to-day administration and other work as needed per client contract and company policies
