Job summary

Deposita, an Allied Universal company, is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead strategic service delivery for cash management customers across the assigned book of business. You will advocate for customers, build trust-based relationships, and provide guidance while addressing tactical needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years experience managing an assigned book of customer accounts.
• Experience in retail services and cash management operations is a plus.
• Ability to analyze and present data to VP and C-level stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen and ability to work in a matrix organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Planning, organizing and attention to detail.
• Data-driven forecasting and decision making.
• Synthesize facts, concepts and principles; compile and interpret data.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic service delivery for assigned customers.
• Communicate customer expectations to teams and stakeholders clearly.
• Provide strategic guidance and ensure compliance with cash operations.
• Collaborate with customers and vendors for consistent service delivery.
• Identify risks and devise contingency plans; manage changes.
• Evaluate new technologies to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
• Prepare and present customer business reviews.
• Coordinate day-to-day administration per contract and policies.
