Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree and licensed to practice law with 10+ years of immigration legal services experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and lead diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and strategic oversight for the Immigrant Justice Legal Clinic.
• Oversee staff development, training, and performance management of 35–40 legal staff.
• Lead program development, budgeting, and external relationship management.
