The Mutual Group is seeking a Sr. Director, Infrastructure to lead the infrastructure function, ensuring secure, scalable, and resilient platforms in a hybrid AWS/Azure environment.

You will own end-to-end platforms, manage a multi-domain team, and drive automation, cost control, and reliability across all environments. You will partner with Security, Workplace Services, and Application teams to deliver high-performing platform services, while maintaining clear ownership and governance across

Qualifications

• 10+ years in infrastructure engineering, cloud, and enterprise operations.
• 7+ years leading infrastructure or platform engineering teams.
• Strong experience across AWS, Azure tenant services, network, and compute platforms.
• Experience overseeing managed service providers and vendor performance.
• Proven experience in incident management and operational leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of infrastructure engineers across cloud, compute, network, database, identity, and shared services domains.
• Own end-to-end infrastructure platforms across AWS, Azure, Windows/Linux, network, databases, and identity platforms.
• Ensure platform availability, performance, scalability, and resilience across all infrastructure services.
• Define provider scope, enforce service levels, and lead vendor performance reviews and issue resolution.
• Own disaster recovery readiness, testing, and recovery validation across infrastructure and database platforms.
• Drive automation, infrastructure-as-code, and standardization to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Own CI/CD pipelines and production deployment processes across environments.
