As a Senior Platform/Infrastructure leader, you will architect and guide large-scale services across multi-cloud environments, drive cost optimization, and mentor a distributed team of engineers. Hybrid work options are available for local office proximity.

Qualifications

• Experience in configuration management, provisioning, and orchestration for large-scale systems.
• Strong software development skills in Python or Go and familiarity with data structures.
• Experience with immutable architectures and distributed systems design.
• Proven experience in Linux environments and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
• Knowledge of SRE, DevOps, and GitOps practices; 8+ years industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a growing team of engineers focused on building quality platforms.
• Architect large-scale core infrastructure services for service teams.
• Lead regular retros, capacity and planning meetings with your team.
• Be part of lunch-and-learn demos to explore new architectures.
• Drive cloud cost optimization while balancing performance and cost.
• Define and enforce standards for service deployments across multi-cloud environments.
• Plan the product roadmap with stakeholders.
• Review and approve design proposals from the team.
• Collaborate effectively with local and remote teams.
