Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead a team of Regional HR Managers in delivering strategic HR programs across the organization. This senior role partners with Senior Leaders to shape culture, retention, performance and development.

You will drive policy, compliance, talent management and organizational development while coaching leaders and managing change across the business. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years HR BP or Manager experience
• Experience leading large team of direct and indirect reports
• Travel up to 50% of time on a regular basis
• Bachelor's degree in HR or Business required; Master's preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead team of Regional HR Managers within the assigned zone.
• Partner with Senior Leaders to drive culture and growth.
• Coach leaders on engagement, retention, team relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, development, training, and HR compliance.
• Develop and implement HR programs and ensure policy compliance across the organization.
