Family Dollar is seeking an experienced Compensation Analyst to design, administer, and evolve compensation programs at the Chesapeake Store Support Center. You will partner with HR, Finance, Legal, HRIS, and leaders to develop scalable solutions and lead annual planning.

You’ll balance strategic projects with day-to-day consulting, owning key programs, policies, and governance, including market pricing and pay equity reviews, with Workday as a primary system partner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive compensation experience.
• Experience with salary administration and market pricing.
• Experience using Workday (preferred).
• Ability to explain compensation concepts clearly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Responsabilités

• Design, administer, and continuously improve compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and job architecture.
• Serve as the primary compensation consultant for HR Business Partners and business leaders.
• Lead annual compensation planning, including system administration, communications, leader support, and post-cycle analysis.
• Coordinate equity grant administration and support compensation-related decisions.
• Maintain compensation policies, governance, career frameworks, and documentation.
• Conduct market pricing, compensation analyses, and pay equity reviews.
• Lead compensation-related projects and partner with Workday/HRIS for reporting.
