KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the CEO, the Senior Director of Human Resources will provide executive leadership and vision to the HR function of the company. This individual will function as a strategic thought partner to the Senior Leadership Team and will be instrumental in developing and executing a people strategy that supports long-term value creation.
As a senior leader within the company, the Senior Director of Human Resources will oversee and strengthen all facets of the HR function, including succession planning, talent management, workforce planning, recruitment, employee engagement, and labor strategy, among others.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Guide, develop, and implement all strategic and tactical initiatives for the HR function companywide.
- Originate and lead Human Resources practices and objectives that foster an employee-oriented, high-performance culture emphasizing safety, empowerment, quality, productivity, and achievement.
- Serve as a key member of the Leadership Team, contributing to company-wide strategic planning and performance initiatives.
- Partner with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business goals and drive organizational effectiveness.
- Identify and develop key individuals and emerging leaders across the organization.
- Lead innovative, cost-effective recruiting and training strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and alignment with company philosophy.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, and international labor laws and regulations.
- Serve as an internal consultant on HR and talent-related issues that impact organizational performance and legal compliance.
- Function as a coach and advisor to managers and employees to support the company’s culture and business objectives.
- Collaborate with legal counsel on employment-related matters as needed.
- Develop and manage the HR department budget and approve related expenses.
- Manage employee sponsorships, expatriate assignments, and work visa processes.
- Track and report on key HR metrics to the Leadership Team.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive human resources management experience.
- Successful in building and leading high-performing HR teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with executive reporting.
- Proven project management and consulting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.

EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
