Job summary

USA Managed Care Organization seeks a Senior Director to expand hospital and health system participation in our network. The role combines consultative business development, executive relationship management, financial analysis, and hospital contracting.

You will identify suitable hospital partners, guide evaluation and contract execution, travel within the assigned territory, and present facility-specific opportunities to hospital leaders. This is an in-person role in Austin, TX.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of relevant experience in hospital contracting or healthcare business development.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills.
• Ability to interpret utilization and financial data and explain revenue projections.
• Working knowledge of Original Medicare, Medicare Supplement, and hospital reimbursement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and prioritize prospective hospitals and health systems within the territory.
• Develop a pipeline of hospital participation opportunities and manage relationships with senior leaders.
• Evaluate data to prepare revenue projections and business cases for hospitals.
• Negotiate participation agreements and guide contracts to execution and implementation.
• Maintain CRM records and report territory activity and outcomes.
• Travel within the assigned territory for meetings and industry events.
