Amazing Care is seeking a dynamic Business Development Specialist to expand referral networks and raise brand awareness across the Austin, Temple, and Waco metro areas. You will build relationships with hospitals, physicians, and health partners, promoting home health services and pediatric nursing.

Qualifications

• Experience in home health or healthcare preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and accountable.
• Familiarity with performance marketing strategies and KPIs.
• Experience working cross functionally with key stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making and optimize efforts.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent follow-up skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, rehabs, group homes, government health agencies, school district boards, and other healthcare partners.
• Educate referral sources on home health services including pediatric nursing and therapies.
• Coordinate closely with clinical team to determine staffing availability and appropriateness of referrals.
• Represent Amazing Care with professionalism, integrity, and warmth.
• Participate in strategic growth initiatives aligned with patient-centered care.
• Attend community events to increase brand awareness.
• Foster a sense of community for patients, employees, and referral sources alike.
