Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in business development for hospitals or medical services.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and growth of profitable new business opportunities and marketing strategies.
• Liaise between the facility and payer entities per corporate guidelines.
• Develop relationships with referral sources and maintain a personal book of business.
• Analyze target markets and assign account management territories accordingly.
• Hire, onboard, and promote staff within the team.
