Job summary

Westminster-Canterbury on Chesapeake Bay seeks a Sr Director of Home and Community Based Services to provide leadership across Home Health, Hospice, and Home Care programs. This role oversees operations, strategic direction, regulatory compliance, and financial performance while guiding staff and patient experiences.

Reporting to the President of Senior Options & WCAH, the role requires strong P&L skills, board collaboration, and partnership with clinical and finance teams to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration and Virginia RN license.
• Experience in Medicare/Regulatory environments and leadership roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple lines of service (home health, hospice, home care).
• Strong financial oversight and budget management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day oversight of Home Health, Hospice, and Home Care operations.
• Ensure successful coordination across service lines for patient transitions and continuum of care.
• Develop and monitor KPIs including census, admissions, visit utilization, and productivity.
• Lead budget development and financial performance across programs.
• Collaborate with billing, finance, and compliance to ensure clean claims and regulatory adherence.
• Oversee policy development and readiness for surveys and accreditation.
