Job summary

Vetter Senior Living seeks a seasoned Senior Director of Home Health & Hospice to lead operations across multiple agencies. You will partner with agency leaders to drive quality, compliance, and strategic growth in Home Health and Hospice services.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in Home Health and Hospice.
Strong understanding of regulations, accreditation, and quality improvement.

Responsibilities

Partner with agency leaders to promote excellence in Home Health and Hospice services.
Lead with the company's Mission, Vision, and Values in all interactions.
Provide operational support, education, and resources to multiple agencies.
Monitor and promote compliance with federal, state, and industry regulations.
Mentor and coach agency administrators and teams.
Identify opportunities for service improvement and growth.
