Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 14+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, market access, managed markets, commercial strategy, patient services, reimbursement, payer strategy, marketing, sales or a related function.
• Master's degree and 12+ years of relevant experience in Business, Marketing, Public Health, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field experience.
• Significant pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare commercial experience with understanding of brand marketing, patient services, reimbursement, payer strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio access integration across HIV Treatment brands and drive execution.
• Identify and prioritize portfolio access risks and opportunities across multiple levels.
• Lead post-prescription patient access journey to improve continuity of care.
• Set priorities for field access communications, training, tools and resources.
• Represent HIV Treatment Marketing in enterprise access and policy workstreams.
