Gilead Sciences Inc. is seeking a Director-level leader to define and implement the overarching global congress strategy for HIV, and to serve as the HIV Treatment Execution Lead for key G9 markets.

The role collaborates with global, regional, and local teams, agency partners and a broad cross-functional network to align on objectives, messaging and customer engagement. Competenze

• 10+ years of relevant pharmaceutical marketing experience including prior experience leading congress activities
• HIV Treatment and/or PrEP preferred
• Previous strategic and operational experience from country level business unit director and marketing roles
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to independently lead highly visibility strategic projects and translate strategies into defined resource needs, tactics and metrics to achieve results

In partnership with global, regional and local commercial and cross functional partners, this role is responsible for defining and implementing Gilead's overarching global congress strategy for the HIV therapeutic area as well as HIV Treatment Execution Lead responsibility for selected key G9 Markets. This individual will be responsible for:
