Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience with BS/BA or 12+ with MS/MA or MBA
• Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech marketing
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to translate science into compliant marketing strategies
• Experience working with agency partners and external partnerships

Responsibilities

• Define and lead external engagement strategy for HIV prevention brand goals
• Build demand through engagement with thought leaders and organizations
• Oversee multiple projects: peer-to-peer programs, speaker bureaus, boards, congress activities
• Translate scientific, clinical, and market insights into clear objectives and compelling content for HCPs
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with external experts and organizations
• Monitor HIV prevention landscape and identify opportunities for brand growth
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, Sales, Analytics and Marketing teams
• Define KPIs, measure performance, and optimize programs based on data
• Manage agency partners, vendors and marketing budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Ensure all activities meet regulatory, legal and internal compliance standards
• Establish relationships with key opinion leaders and medical associations
• Present to internal and external audiences
