The role supports US HIV commercialization as an individual contributor driving market research from planning to presentation. You will interact with Brand Leadership and Senior Management and collaborate across Analytics, Forecasting, Digital Strategy, Managed Markets and Brand teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years' experience OR Master's with 8+ years OR PhD with 2+ years.
• Strong data analytical and interpretive skills to present complex quantitative data clearly.
• Experience designing and conducting quantitative and qualitative primary and secondary market research.
• Experience with global Sales and Marketing organizations and pharmaceutical data sources.
• Excellent project management skills with ability to meet tight deadlines amidst changing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills to influence senior management.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and execute market research studies with stakeholders.
• Manage market research studies from objectives to data analysis and reporting.
• Develop compelling market research insights for Brand Leadership and Senior Management.
• Keep abreast of market events and assess potential impact.
• Present insights to Senior Management and tailor communications to influence stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Forecasting, Digital Strategy & Operations, Managed Markets and Brand teams.
• Integrate insights from disparate sources to form a comprehensive viewpoint.
