Honeywell Lincolnshire, IL seeks a Sr Director, Portfolio Management to lead strategic development and optimization of the product and service portfolio. You will drive portfolio vision, oversee lifecycle management, and align initiatives with customer needs and company goals.

In this hybrid role, collaborate across product, engineering, marketing, sales, and finance, report to the Sr. Director Offering Management IMC, and engage with executives and partners while tracking performance metrics.

Qualificações

• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in product or portfolio management.
• At least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Deep understanding of semiconductor market dynamics and customer insights.
• Experience with portfolio lifecycle management, market analysis, and cross-functional leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the HiTech Gas Detection portfolio.
• Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to retirement.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
• Collaborate across product development, engineering, marketing, sales, and finance.
• Build relationships with executives, customers, and partners and provide portfolio updates.
• Monitor revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction to drive optimization.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage portfolio risks.
