Job summary

Honeywell International, Inc. is seeking a Senior Portfolio Management Lead to oversee strategic management of the product portfolio, ensuring alignment with business goals and market demands.

This hybrid role will be based out of Houston, TX or Raleigh, NC, reporting to the leadership team to drive growth, profitability, and innovation. You will lead portfolio strategies, lifecycle management, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize business value and market success, partnering with R&D,

Qualifications

• Proven experience in portfolio management with a strong track record of managing complex product portfolios and driving financial performance.
• Expertise in portfolio lifecycle management, including strategic planning, market analysis, and investment prioritization.
• Strong knowledge of Master Data Management and portfolio optimization strategies.
• Proficiency with product lifecycle management (PLM) tools and financial analysis techniques.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders to achieve portfolio goals.
• Master’s Degree in Business Management
• Strong analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive portfolio strategies that align with Honeywell’s business objectives and market trends.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation through end-of-life, ensuring timely delivery and market relevance.
• Collaborate with R&D, marketing, sales, and finance teams to define product roadmaps and prioritize portfolio investments.
• Analyze portfolio performance metrics and financial data to optimize resource allocation and drive profitability.
