Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Sr Gas Detection Training Professional to design and deliver impactful customer experience training from Lincolnshire, IL on a hybrid schedule.

You will train sales teams, distributors, and customers on gas detection solutions, driving product and service growth through effective training programs and measurement of training impact.

Qualifications

• Gas Detection experience for industrial and safety audiences.
• Self-starter with technical expertise, business acumen, and global functional experience.
• Ability to analyze training needs and evaluate program effectiveness through data-driven insights.
• Willingness and ability to travel more than 50% to customer sites in North Americal Region (domestically and occasionally internationally)

As a Sr Gas Detection Training Professional at Honeywell, you will design and deliver impactful customer experience training that strengthens capabilities and improves customer interactions. You will report to the Sr CX Training Manager and work from our Lincolnshire, IL location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will improve customer experience and drive product and service growth by training sales teams, distributors, and customers in our gas detection solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver role-based gas detection training for internal and external audiences, with a primary focus on Hi-Tech solutions while supporting broader gas detection training needs.
• Design, develop and maintain training courses, agendas, content, catalogs, and schedules.
• Travel more than 50% to deliver training at customer sites and other training locations.
• Use feedback and data to assess training impact and improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to complete key training initiatives.

The salary range for this position is ($87,700.00 - $109,850.00). Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
