Job summary

BeOne Medicines Ltd. seeks a Global HEOR/RWE Senior Director to lead evidence generation for BRUKINSA across hematology indications and lifecycle. You will shape the global HEOR strategy, oversee real-world and comparative studies, and drive payer submissions, economic modeling, and dissemination of value evidence.

The role requires strong cross-functional leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage external vendors while aligning with medical, regulatory, and commercial objectives.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in HEOR, epidemiology, public health, biostatistics, or related discipline.
• PhD with 6+ years or Master's with 8+ years in biopharma or consulting.
• Hematology/Oncology experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead global HEOR/RWE strategy and evidence generation for BRUKINSA across indications and lifecycle.
• Identify evidence gaps and develop integrated value evidence generation plans.
• Design and execute real-world evidence and comparative effectiveness studies.
• Monitor evolving landscape and address evidence needs for differentiation.
• Lead HTA/JCA submissions and economic modeling for payer submissions.
• Develop Global Value Dossiers and US AMCP dossier for reimbursement.
• Drive publication strategy and dissemination of HEOR/RWE evidence.
